Role & responsibilities

  • Design and manage electrical distribution systems for both maintenance and new projects based on load requirements.
  • Able to handle compliances with Pollution Control Board norms and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Support the companys energy management, sustainability, and net-zero initiatives.
  • Capable to handle troubleshoot and PLC based manufacturing machinery.
  • Maintain and update ISO 13485 documentation related to maintenance activities.
  • Oversee and enforce safety compliance across all maintenance operations.
  • Prepare and update plant layouts using AutoCAD as and when required.
  • Maintain accurate asset management records.
  • Able to handle daily routine complains and take necessary actions for proper solutions
  • Good analytical skills for summarized breakdowns of every equipment
  • Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System will most preferable
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and presentations.
  • Identify, analyse, and coordinate solutions for HVAC system breakdowns.
  • Able to maintain engineering spares stock for critical manufacturing equipment
  • Able to maintain all statutory compliances
  • Good operational and maintenance knowledge of utilities equipment

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of energy conservation and sustainability practices.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 and other compliance requirements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
