About the Role

We are seeking an Investment Analyst focused on sourcing private companies. The role combines deal origination, relationship building, and early diligence to strengthen our investment pipeline. You will work closely with senior team members to identify promising businesses across sectors.

  • Company Sourcing – Identify private companies through databases, industry research, and networks.
  • Market Mapping – Build sector landscapes to spot high-potential businesses.
  • Founder Outreach – Engage with promoters, founders, and advisors to explore potential investment opportunities.
  • Preliminary Assessment – Analyze financials, governance, and compliance of shortlisted companies.
  • Investment Notes – Prepare screening reports and pipeline dashboards for the investment committee.
  • Relationship Development – Build connections with bankers and ecosystem players to generate proprietary deal flow.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and regulatory frameworks (SEBI, NSDL/CDSL).
  • Excellent communication and networking skills to engage founders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with high attention to detail and initiative in sourcing opportunities.
