Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for competitive sourcing and procurement processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • You will prepare and manage RFQs and supplier selection processes, negotiate cost reductions with suppliers and lead QCD performance reviews.
  • You will also be responsible for contract management and negotiations for goods and services, as well as providing full sourcing support for project activities and requirements.
  • Maintenance of accurate base data with supplier quotations in RAIL-SYS is another key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field, and experience or understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement processes in Spares & Aftermarket business.

A certification in procurement or supply chain management is advantageous. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
