About the Role

Our team seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Private Equity Associate to support investment evaluation, deal execution, and portfolio management.

  • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide detailed financial models and valuations.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on financial, operational, and market analysis.
  • Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of equity and debt investments.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and track key performance indicators.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
