Key Collection Expertise

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of collections for assigned areas, with a focus on achieving collection targets across various parameters. Your primary objectives include ensuring that non-performing assets (NPAs) remain within allocated budget and implementing proactive measures to minimize their presence.

Detailed Responsibilities
  1. Collection Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective collection strategies to increase fee income/revenue while reducing vendor payouts. Conduct regular asset verifications and possessions as per prescribed laws and regulations.
  2. Delinquency Management: Track and control delinquencies in assigned areas, focusing on non-starters and identifying reasons for defaulting customers.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues within specified time frames, building strong relationships with key clients to facilitate timely collections.
  4. Team Leadership: Allocate work to field executives, ensuring all agencies perform according to defined service level agreements (SLA), and monitor Feet-on-Street availability area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise.
  5. Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to audit and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
