Job Title: Cash Recovery Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cash Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collection process, you will be responsible for driving the recovery of receivables from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate payment schedules with customers to ensure timely payments while maintaining healthy relationships.
  • Monitor and control delinquency rates across specific buckets and DPDs, focusing on non-starters and defaulting accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues, processing refunds, and reviewing account adjustments.
  • Manage customer account details, tracing defaulters, and assets in coordination with our tracing team.
  • Investigate reasons for default and suggest remedial courses of action to maintain healthy customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales and senior management to accelerate the collection process when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with audit and regulatory bodies, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
