We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled front office professional to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a front office manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Manage a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and revenue.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a front office or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
