
Front Office Associate

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Office Associate to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and timely manner
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors in person and via phone/email
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle visitor access, maintain security protocols, and issue visitor badges when required
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Hospitality is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹11,000.00 per month
