We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Office Associate to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and timely manner
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors in person and via phone/email
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Handle visitor access, maintain security protocols, and issue visitor badges when required
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Hospitality is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹11,000.00 per month
