- Facilitate mandatory reporting requirements, adhering to US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.
- Lead on-site internal control reviews and implement control processes.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation through special projects.
- Assess risks across functional areas and implement risk management strategies.
- Support location management teams during operational and financial audits.
- Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of experience in internal audit, accounting audit, or internal control roles.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional departments.
- Ability to perform process audits and month-end reviews independently.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work well with ambiguity.
