We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our Internal Financial Control / Audit team as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager . The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely audit closures, conducting control testing, reviewing processes, and identifying revenue enhancement and cost optimization opportunities across the Central and South Kerala Cluster of Aster DM Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for various audits, including Internal Audit, Cost Audit, Statutory Audit, and Internal Financial Control (IFC) testing.
  2. Provide process guidance to internal stakeholders based on applicable policies, and recommend changes and best practices.
  3. Independently test and audit controls related to revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities across the cluster; provide periodic reports to Unit Heads and Cluster Finance Heads.
  4. Serve as a Finance Champion for process changes by leading standardization, automation, and improvement initiatives aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
  5. Liaise with the Corporate Audit team to ensure audit compliance and timely closure of open items.
  6. Conduct surprise physical verifications of inventory, cash, and assets.
  7. Train and develop team members to build capability and ensure knowledge continuity.

Qualification and Experience

  1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience.
  2. Prior experience in Internal Audit , Risk Assurance , or Internal Financial Control testing is preferred.
  3. Prior experience in healthcare industry is preferred (Not Mandatory)
  4. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is an added advantage.
