Job Opportunity

The role of Partnerships Coordinator involves building and nurturing relationships with domestic partners, including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with domestic partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies, ensuring all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
  • Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Represent the organization in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
  • Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
  • Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
