We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to foster strong client connections and drive collaborative partnerships.

About the Role:
  • Strategic Partnerships: Contribute to the development of strategic plans based on clients' business objectives, facilitate communication between clients and our teams, and present tailored recommendations.
  • Client Engagement and Briefs: Work independently on assignments, handle client meetings, gather briefs, and present our team's proposals.
  • Meeting Minutes and Updates: Record and distribute meeting minutes and updates post-client interactions.
  • Sales Data and Market Insights: Obtain, organize, and share sales data and market insights for clients and their competitors with the team.
  • Brief Development: Prepare detailed briefs for creative projects, conduct research, and compile relevant information to support project development.
  • Job Coordination and Scheduling: Regularly follow up with internal departments to ensure timely execution of ongoing projects according to briefs and schedules.
  • Estimate and Billing: Coordinate with relevant departments to oversee estimates and bill submissions, ensuring timely approval and acknowledgment from clients.
  • Payment Collection: Send payment reminders to clients and follow up on timely payment collection.
