Job Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Professional Services Engineer. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining software products in customer environments.

Key responsibilities include managing and taking ownership of customer goals, milestones, initiatives, and issues from beginning to resolution. You will also implement software in customers' environments, manage and maintain the software, operate and use it to achieve customers' objectives, develop custom reports, integrate with other applications, and provide technical support and advice to customers.

  • Manage network security, cybersecurity, and ensure smooth operation of all technical aspects of the software.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction with Data Dynamics' products and services.
  • Provide remote and sometimes in-person technical support for all installed products.
  • Answer common questions regarding installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage for installed products.

As a Professional Services Engineer, you will work collaboratively in a team environment and have excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills. You must be able to remain calm, courteous, and professional under pressure and influence and drive change across the organization.
