Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Extensive experience using PowerShell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform to build and deploy services.
  • Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations.
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.
  • Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects.
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support.
