Technical Support Role

Seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as a Technical Support Executive. This role involves providing expert support and troubleshooting skills to ensure seamless operations.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical expert to take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in infrastructure, storage, and service desk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and resolving complex issues with excellent communication skills.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems using SOP documents.
  • Supporting the team with expertise in support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills.
  • Assisting with Google Workspace Administration and having knowledge of ITIL frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong typing skills (min 60-80 WPM).
  • Experience in infra, storage, and service desk management.
  • Knowledge of Google products and proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred.
