Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

Role Overview:

Our organization seeks an experienced geospatial professional to provide technical support and build relationships with key customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling geospatial data management and usage, as well as providing solutions to customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and solutions to customer issues
  • Act as a subject matter expert in geospatial data management and usage
  • Identify, understand, and articulate solutions to customer issues
  • Coordinate and deliver product trainings to customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer communication and management skills
  • Establish trust and relationship with customers
  • Experience with Esri software and strong problem-solving and analytics skills
  • Hands-on experience in working with Enterprise Geodatabases, Versioning, Replication, and Installation, Configuration over supported RDBMS
