Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Tele-Counselor to join our team. You will play a key role in building relationships with users and partners by communicating our vision in a clear, friendly, and persuasive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential users and partners to introduce our platform.
  • Explain product features and benefits in simple, relatable language.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and maintain CRM records.
  • Support customer outreach campaigns and gather feedback.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Confident, empathetic, and comfortable handling phone conversations.
  • Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
