Research Intern - Cosmetic Product Development

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Research Intern to join our team for an exciting 6-month journey in cosmetic product development.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in formulating haircare, skincare, and other cosmetic products. You will assist in researching and developing new products, work with senior team members to analyze ingredients, evaluate safety, and study efficacy.

You will also conduct lab-scale trials and stability tests for product formulations, document findings, prepare reports, and contribute ideas for innovation. As part of the salon team, you will collaborate to align formulations with client needs and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
