Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager - Key Accounts to join our team at Diageo. As a Sales Manager - Key Accounts, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Alco-Bev or FMCG industry.
  • Prior experience of working with HORECA would be a bonus.
  • Strong analytical and data handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
