Project Management Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in spearheading high-impact change management and integration projects across geographies and business divisions.

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple regions, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
  • Define scope, timelines, costs, and benefits for key initiatives, driving strategic growth and transformation.
  • Manage diverse project teams, vendors, and technology partners, fostering collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive organizational change, business analysis, and governance, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare high-impact reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications, effectively conveying project status and insights.
  • Support strategic growth, mergers, and integration projects, leveraging expertise in insurance and financial services industries.
Key Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Consulting, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Deep exposure to Insurance / Financial Services industries, with a solid understanding of their complexities and challenges.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, with hands-on expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and Power BI.
  • PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred, demonstrating commitment to professional development and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
