Job Title: Senior Requirements Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Requirements Management Specialist to lead our requirements management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project requirements are clearly defined, documented, and implemented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive requirement documents, including functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and suppliers to ensure requirements are aligned and met.
  • Change Management: Implement and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting: Generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in requirements management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in requirement management tools such as Codebeamer.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
