Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Requirements Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and research. They will also work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are well-communicated, understood, and agreed upon.

This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically. The successful candidate will be able to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing expertise.
  • Solid understanding of systems engineering concepts and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Basic knowledge of creating and managing process documentation, workflows, and data models.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
