OTM Specialist Lead Opportunity Available

Job Description

As an experienced OTM Functional Specialist, you will lead our projects and deliver exceptional results by utilizing your in-depth understanding of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 6+ years of OTM functional expertise and 2+ full-cycle OTM implementations under their belt. The ideal candidate will have managed at least three projects as a Function/Solution Lead, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include working closely with business users to gather requirements, conducting gap analysis, mapping requirements to OTM, designing solutions, configuring applications, and conducting conference room pilots. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality OTM processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 6+ years of OTM functional expertise
  • 2+ full-cycle OTM implementations experience
  • Managed at least three projects as a Function/Solution Lead

Rlevant industry experience in 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business is a plus, but not necessary.
