Job Title: OTM Technical Specialist



Job Description:
As an OTM Technical Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing implementations and supporting projects related to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). With a minimum of 4-9 years of experience in OTM technical/functional roles, you will possess a unique blend of functional and techno-functional expertise. You will be responsible for preparing mapping documents to interface OTM systems with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems. This requires the ability to translate functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare mapping documents to interface OTM systems with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems.
  • Translate functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize OTM system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience in managing implementations and/or supporting projects related to these systems. You will also possess strong technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM application modules, including order management, finance, shipment management, and automation agents. Additionally, you must be proficient in writing SQL statements for automation agents and other technical tasks. Experience with JSPX/XSL is an additional advantage. The preferred candidate will have experience in end-to-end OTM lifecycle/implementation and OTM architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow tool, which is advantageous. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desirable. However, relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
