Transportation Management Expertise

Seeking a skilled Transportation Management Expert with hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in OTM, along with a sound understanding of transportation and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Logistics Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze logistics processes, and design effective OTM-based solutions.
  2. OTM Configuration & Customization: Configure, customize, and implement various OTM modules covering order management, planning, execution, visibility, and settlement.
  3. Technical Specifications: Prepare and maintain technical specifications, design documents, test plans, and implementation guides.
  4. System Integration: Perform system configurations, data mapping, and integration of OTM with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
  5. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OTM-related issues, including performance tuning and bug fixes.
  6. Process Improvement: Stay updated with OTM product developments and industry trends to suggest process improvements.
Required Skills:
  • Oracle Transportation Management (OTM): Strong hands-on experience
  • OTM Configuration & Customization: Including order management, planning, execution, and settlement
  • SQL / PL-SQL: For writing queries, data mapping, and backend support
  • Java / XSLT: For OTM customizations and integration components
  • Web Services (SOAP/REST): For system integration
  • ERP Systems Integration: Especially Oracle EBS / Fusion
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience in On-Premises to Cloud migration
  • Reporting Tools: Oracle BI Publisher or similar
  • Ticketing & Project Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow (optional but preferred)
