Job Title: OTM Functional Expert

We are seeking an experienced OTM Functional Consultant to deliver Oracle Transportation Management solutions.

  • Lead complex OTM functional projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality through successful delivery of OTM processes.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, map requirements to OTM, design and implement process improvements, configure applications, and pilot conference room designs.
  • Present ideas and solutions clearly, providing inputs in solution design, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate expertise in interacting with customers, conducting conference room pilots, and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Responsible for ensuring effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical abilities as a team player.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of OTM capabilities and industry trends, staying up-to-date with the latest product enhancements and best practices.
