We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead consultant to implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud OTM and GTM modules. As a senior professional, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud OTM and GTM modules.
  • Working on end-to-end functionalities of GTM including Trade Compliance Screening, Sanctions Screening, License Management, and Agent Management.
  • Working on end-to-end functionalities of OTM such as Shipment Planning, Shipping Networks, Freight Settlement, Rates, Container Planning, Customs Handling, and Landed Cost.
  • Integrating OTM/GTM with other Oracle Cloud modules like Order Management, Inventory, and Shipping/3PL systems.
  • Participating in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle OTM or GTM Cloud.
  • Leading Fit-Gap analysis sessions, gathering business requirements, and proposing best practice solutions.
  • Performing configuration, data conversions, and design/build RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components.
  • Preparing and managing project documentation including Configuration Guides, Process Flows, User Stories, Test Scripts, and UAT support materials.
  • Supporting post-go-live Hypercare activities and resolving functional issues.
  • Collaborating with clients on business process enhancements and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud OTM and GTM.
  • Experience in OTM/GTM configurations, data conversions, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies and life cycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with RICE component design and build.
  • Ability to lead discovery and fit-gap sessions with clients.
  • Familiarity with project documentation best practices and Agile delivery methods.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and documentation tools for effective client communication.
