Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Management Specialist to oversee and optimize our Master Data Management (MDM) technology framework for Business Partner data domain. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust MDM technology to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and implement business partner master data management solutions using the latest tools and technologies.
  2. Develop and maintain data models, data mappings, and data integration workflows.
  3. Implement data quality rules and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Provide guidance and support to business users on MDM best practices.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the MDM space, including generative AI.
  7. Implement master data management policies, processes, standards, capabilities, and tools across the organization.
  8. Oversee MDM tools and technology implementation for companywide governance of master data objects.
  9. Develop and deliver master data tools and technology training programs to global process experts and end-users responsible for managing master data.
  10. Manage a team of master data technologists interfacing with various business functions and data platform teams.
  11. Inspire and influence senior stakeholders on the impact of master data to significantly deliver business value.
  12. Promote a Data Driven Culture and Data Literacy across Global Functions.

As a Senior Data Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our master data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust MDM technology that meets the evolving needs of the organization.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in master data management.
  • Strong technical skills in data modeling, data mapping, and data integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with MDM tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of data governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to inspire and influence senior stakeholders.
