Job Title:

Senior Associate - Data Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day operations in Master Data Management to maintain Service Level Agreements.
  • Resolve queries related to Product Master data within customer, vendor, or product domains.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team and report to the MDM Manager.
Requirements:
  • Good experience in SAP MDM - customer, vendor, or product master.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as per business requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of SAP ERP or relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced use of MS Office.
  • Able to define and solve problems effectively.
  • High energy level and strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
