Job Title: Senior System Requirements Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining system requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements
• Develop and maintain system requirement specifications (SRS) documents
• Work closely with design engineers to ensure technical feasibility and compliance
• Conduct analysis and validation of system performance against requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:
• 6-12 years of experience in system requirements engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of system architecture principles and concepts
• Proficient in C programming language and familiar with EA (Enterprise Architect) or Rhapsody Tool
• Experience in embedded systems development and code generation preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:
• SystemML experience
• Powertrain domain expertise
