Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual eager to kickstart their career in sales, offering exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set up meetings for further discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate property solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
- Follow up on leads, answer queries, and provide information about NoBroker's brokerage-free platform and services.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales pitches and improve conversion rates through feedback and sharing insights.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued engagement with NoBroker services.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate property solutions and persuade potential clients over the phone.
- A strong sales acumen with the ability to identify potential opportunities and convert leads into successful transactions.
- Proficient negotiation skills to handle customer objections and provide suitable alternatives.
- Customer service orientation to ensure a pleasant and satisfactory experience for clients, fostering long-term relationships.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is desirable but not necessary.
Compensation Package
