Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience and proficient communication skills to support the existing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Benefits module.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations in addition to having intermediary skills for other HCM modules (Core HR, Goal & Performance, Compensation).

  • Modify/Configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles
  • Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
  • Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
  • Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
  • Document configurations, processes, and change requests
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits
  • Understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows
  • Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas
  • Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices
