Chief Information Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Strategy: Define and execute a forward-looking tech roadmap aligned with business objectives and emerging trends.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Lead global cloud migration, optimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and resilience, and decommission legacy systems.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive digital innovation using AI, analytics, and automation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Application Development: Oversee custom internal solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Data & Analytics: Promote a data-driven culture with robust analytics capabilities and enterprise-wide data governance.
  • Budget & Resources: Manage IT budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
  • Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration and adaptability across business units.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 18+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with proven experience as a CIO or similar position.
  • Skills: Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, application development, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Track Record: Proven track record in driving digital transformation and implementing technology solutions that achieve business outcomes.
