Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at TalentSource International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in the German market.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our success. You will be working closely with our existing client base to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn and other social media channels to engage industry experts and generate new business leads.
- Negotiate commercial terms with external stakeholders to foster successful partnerships.
- Member management, addressing queries from leads and experts.
- Expanding the network of experts for the company.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial lead generation, business development, or recruiting.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Advanced language proficiency in German (C1 level).
- Basic knowledge of generating leads using LinkedIn and other media sources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
