Logistics Export Manager

As a key member of our global supply chain team, you will play a pivotal role in driving export shipment management and ensuring seamless logistics operations.
About the RoleThis is a high-profile position that demands strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage complex workflows. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end export shipments, from container planning to customs clearance, while maintaining 100% accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient export shipment strategies to meet financial and operational targets.
- Manage full lifecycle of export shipments, including container planning, booking, trailer placement, stuffing, export documentation, and customs clearance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to optimize routing and cost efficiency.
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively address delays or issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and submit regular MIS/DSR reports to stakeholders without error.
- Proven expertise in MS Excel and Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
- Minimum 9 years of work experience in operational roles within the logistics industry.
