The Role As Senior Export Manager, you will be at the forefront of our global expansion strategy.

This role goes beyond managing exports — it's about building bridges between Ayurveda and the world.

You will craft strategies, open new markets, and nurture long-term partnerships that help people everywhere experience the power of natural healing.

Key Responsibilities Lead the global business development and export strategy for Baidyanath across key international markets.

Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand Ayurveda's global footprint.

Build and nurture strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and wellness partners.

Ensure smooth compliance with international trade regulations, quality standards, and documentation.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt Ayurvedic products to diverse cultural and market needs.

Drive revenue growth while maintaining Baidyanath's values of authenticity, trust, and quality.

Lead and mentor a dynamic team to achieve export targets with passion and excellence.

What We're Looking For8–12 years of proven experience in international sales/export management, preferably in FMCG, pharma, or wellness industries.

Strong understanding of global trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.

A strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive, capable of turning opportunities into success stories.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Passion for Ayurveda, natural wellness, and creating impact on a global scale.
