Key Job Responsibilities
  • Optimize coal logistics services and other ancillary services to achieve high reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely availability of coal by streamlining procurement activities in line with planned generation.
  • Embed environmental, social, and governance processes in the organization and identify mitigation measures against strategic, operational, and other risks.
  • Conduct continuous market studies to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and better risk mitigation.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new service providers for coal logistics and ancillary services.
  • Formulate and deploy long-term strategies.
  • Monitor domestic coal sourcing programs and analyze vendor performance.
  • Support fuel management teams in preparing coal sourcing plans on need basis.
  • Innovate and improve systems and processes to enhance reliability.
  • Comply with group-level standard operating procedures, guidelines, and governance regulations.
