Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead multiple GCC initiatives and provide strategic guidance to clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working with GCCs, strong knowledge of key solutions, and excellent client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solutions for GCCs across various sectors\
  • Assist in building/enhancing the GCCs clientele through business development and lead generation\
  • Conduct ongoing research/study to understand the specific needs, preferences, and behavior of GCC Clients\
  • Perform sales-oriented reporting during projects and identify possible business opportunities for various practices within our firm\
  • Travel to client locations within India and abroad as required\
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for GCC initiatives\
  • Ensure quality and adherence to agreed initiative plans\
  • Present solutions/offerings to potential GCC Clients and build relationships with key stakeholders\
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress and outcomes\
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives\
  • Develop and maintain expertise in key solutions for GCCs, including internal audit, SOPs, IFC, SOX, data analytics, and risk management\
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in GCCs and related fields\
  • Develop and deliver training programs for team members on GCC-related topics\
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members\
  • Participate in business development activities, such as networking events and industry conferences\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors\
  • Represent our firm at industry events and conferences\
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on project progress, outcomes, and recommendations\
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion\
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities\
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for GCC initiatives\
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies\
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership
