Job Overview

We are seeking a Growth Manager to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through customer engagement and retention initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns on Email, SMS, Notifications, WhatsApp, Chatbots, and Website properties.

With a focus on customer-centric growth strategies, you will analyze data to identify key customer segments and design personalized campaigns and communication strategies. Your ability to measure and analyze campaign performance will enable you to optimize for conversion, revenue attribution, click-through rates, and campaign ROI.

You will partner with our content creators and copywriters to develop effective communication strategies aligned with campaign goals. Additionally, you will ideate and execute growth hacks, promotional offers, and campaigns to attract and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute campaigns on Email, SMS, Notifications, WhatsApp, Chatbots, and Website properties.
  • Customer Segmentation: Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify key customer segments & design personalized campaigns & communication strategies.
  • Measure and Analyze campaign performance to optimize for conversion, revenue attribution, click-through rates, campaign ROI etc.
  • Design A/B Tests: Plan and execute A/B tests on content and communication strategies to optimize performance and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Content Team: Partner with content creators and copywriters to develop effective communication strategies aligned with campaign goals.
  • Innovative Growth Initiatives: Ideate and execute growth hacks, promotional offers, and campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Data Analysis and Customer Research: Analyze data and conduct research to understand user behavior, journey, and pain points. Utilize insights to drive informed decision-making and campaign improvements.

Requirements:

  • Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly acquire and apply new knowledge and skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred Experience:

  • At least 4 plus years of experience in a marketing, growth, or sales-related role within a consumer brand or consumer tech company.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools is a plus.
