Job Title: Subscription Renewal Coordinator

About the Role:

As a subscription renewal coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences through efficient processing of software subscription product renewals and assisting with the transition to new ordering platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing opportunities for accounts.
  • Notify and assist customers with migrating to new ordering platforms at the time of renewal.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities within your customer base.
  • Engage invoice accuracy and collaborate with finance to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Embrace automation tools and demonstrate self-learning skills through personal projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with ability to handle large volumes of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications.
  • Preferred: experience working with Salesforce.com.
  • Self-starter, high energy, positive attitude, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Preference for robotic automation/AI tool experience.
