We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to support our renewable energy projects in Wind and Solar portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement Project-specific Field Quality Plans (FQP), ITP, SOP, Check Lists & Method statements.
- Evaluate Compliance with Corporate Quality Management System (QMS), Regulatory, Industry Standards, and Project Specifications.
- Conduct Quality Inspections of received materials, executed work activities, and Installations ensuring compliance with Quality Standards & Specifications.
- Monitor Construction Activities and Electrical/Mechanical components installation and commissioning activities for wind and solar projects.
- Perform Regular Quality Audits at project sites verifying compliance with approved procedures, standards, and specifications. Identify gaps, document findings, and ensure timely corrective & preventive actions.
- Identify, Document & Resolve Non-Conformities(NCR), lead RCA's, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain Inspection Reports, Check Lists, Test Certificates & Quality Records for Audit Compliance. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and support project quality scorecards and digital dashboards.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives fostering a quality culture within the organization.
- Coordinate with Internal & External Customers for timely completion of all QA & Inspection activities at site.
Candidate Requirements:
- B. Tech/B.E/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- Engineers/Managers with 15+ years experience in Site Project Quality role under Civil or Mechanical domain in Renewable Energy Projects (Solar, Wind, etc)
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance & Control Process, QMS, and Awareness of relevant ISO/IS/IEC Standards in Renewable Energy Projects
- Hands-on experience using quality tools, problem-solving techniques, and implementing effective solutions
- Passion for Renewable Energy and commitment to Quality Excellence
