Job Overview:

This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing operational aspects of properties within a designated region, ensuring exceptional service quality to guests. The successful Area Operations Manager will work closely with hotel teams and other departments to implement company standards and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand and implement company vision, SOPs, and operational standards across all departments.
  • Manage regional operations, adhering to company-defined standards, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor service quality and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimise operational performance through effective resource allocation and cost-saving strategies.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing escalations and implementing service improvements.
  • Build relationships with industry professionals to stay updated on trends and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling teams, managing diverse operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English and local language is essential.
  • Ability to travel and manage hotels/hostels across various locations.
