Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive impactful initiatives and foster collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders to develop strategic workforce plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement key people initiatives, aligning talent strategies with organizational priorities.
  • Lead core HR processes, including performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning, to enhance leadership effectiveness and team performance.
  • Conduct regular engagement sessions and skip-level meetings to gather insights and inform action planning.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Team Leads, Managers, and Directors to optimize leadership skills and team dynamics.
  • Develop targeted retention strategies for critical talent in partnership with managers and HR leadership.
  • Utilize talent analytics to identify trends, derive insights, and inform talent strategies that drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Champion talent development initiatives focused on upskilling, retaining high-potential talent, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Oversee people data accuracy and partner with HR Operations to ensure seamless delivery of HR processes and compliance.
  • Lead efforts in succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning to address both immediate and long-term organizational needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on performance management and employee relations, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
