Key Account Specialist

As a key account specialist, you will be responsible for managing the strategic partnerships between Amazon and our vendor partners.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve vendor experience, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Establish long-term relationships with key vendors to drive mutual growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Category Team to develop and execute joint business plans that meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of vendor issues and provide data-driven recommendations to improve vendor experience.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with vendors to ensure clear expectations and status updates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You will also possess a strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and vendor management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to drive business growth and profitability.
