Job Description

We are seeking a strategic business partner to collaborate with vendors and drive growth on Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance vendor relationships and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure success by performance of internal teams and impact of vendors on customer experience.
  • Partner with Retail Team to manage vendor relationships and champion vendor needs.
  • Build communication channels, set expectations, and provide clear status communications.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver key business opportunities and relevant KPIs.
  • Work with internal teams and vendors to improve operational aspects of their business.
  • Analyze issues and develop recommendations and action plans based on data.
Requirements:
  • Strong soft skills, including being bright, customer-centric, driven, and creative.
  • Ability to analyze issues and opportunities affecting the vendor's business.
  • Strategic thinking and operational expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
