Digital E-Learning Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital e-learning project initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive projects forward.
This role requires strong project management expertise, coupled with experience in the e-learning/EdTech industry. The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing comprehensive project plans and resource allocation strategies
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client interactions and ensuring transparent communication
- Overseeing and tracking key project metrics, including effort, timeline, and quality
- Coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on goals
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Airtable and Wrike or other project management tools
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
