Learning and Development Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Learning and Development leader to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent capability framework and driving leadership development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise and make a meaningful impact on our organization's learning initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of our learning programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term capability building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that drives business results and fosters a culture of continuous learning.
  • Design and oversee structured learning programs addressing technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for engineers, project managers, and other critical roles.
  • Drive the adoption and management of learning management systems (LMS), digital platforms, and innovative learning methodologies to enable blended and scalable learning.
  • Establish robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.
  • Lead the development of leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with exposure to technical, behavioral, and leadership training.
  • Strong background in designing and executing learning interventions in engineering, infrastructure, or consulting industries.
  • Proven expertise in leadership development, talent capability frameworks, and succession planning.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital training solutions.

A bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field, as well as 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development are required for this position.
