Job Title: Director of Learning Strategy

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Learning Strategy to lead our learning solutions and consulting efforts. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in instructional design, client management, and business development to drive impactful learning experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Technical Leadership: Develop cutting-edge learning solutions that integrate assessment methodologies, instructional design principles, and innovative technologies.
  • Client Management & Delivery: Manage large-scale client engagements, oversee project delivery teams, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Business Development & Growth: Partner with account teams to shape expansion strategies, lead solution design and pricing, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building: Mentor and develop consultants and project teams in instructional design, client management, and business development capabilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in learning & development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in instructional design, competency frameworks, assessment tools, and digital learning platforms (LMS, video-based learning, mobile learning).
  • Certifications: Professional certifications in instructional design, learning technologies, or consulting (preferred).
