Job Title: Learning Content Manager

About the Role

The Learning Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of learning content within a leading Learning Management System (LMS). This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and communication abilities to ensure seamless course delivery, effective learning administration, and successful content development initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Course Publishing & Content Management: Configure and publish learning courses, curricula, and learning paths within the LMS, ensuring proper categorization, tagging, and metadata for optimal searchability and reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance of content assets requested to load in the LMS, adhering to quality standards and best practices.
  • Learning Administration: Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within the platform, monitor learner progress and completion rates, generate and analyze learning analytics reports, manage compliance training requirements, and support learners with technical issues and platform navigation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand
  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in learning and development contexts
  • Experience with e-learning content development and SCORM standards
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand platform administration and configuration
  • Understanding of learning standards (SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, AICC)
  • Experience with content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in learning analytics and reporting
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies
  • Project management software proficiency (Smartsheets, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar)
