Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our portfolio of properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on team leadership and mentoring to enhance productivity and performance.
- In-depth knowledge of general insurance policies relevant to the real estate industry and their impact on sales.
- Proficiency in life insurance products to provide customers with comprehensive property investment advice.
- Expertise in residential properties, with the ability to match customer needs with suitable options efficiently.
- Knowledge of luxury homes, allowing for targeted sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Experience in direct sales to maintain and expand a robust client base in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster positive relationships with clients and partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in designated regions.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and developments.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and support their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery and post-sale customer support.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
- Conduct periodic training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
